Fatima Waziri, is an attorney from Ahmadu bello university Zaria class of 2001(LL.B), Nigerian law school law class of 2003 (B.L) and St Thomas University Miami - Florida class of 2007(LL.M). Before an advanced studies in law, she worked with the human rights law service Lagos - Nigeria where she made a groundbreaking achievement in women's human rights especially in the area of women's inheritance rights. A regular contributor to Nigerian newspapers, she always made her opinions known ranging from women's issues, good governance, rule of law and politics. As an LL.M student at St Thomas University; Miami - Florida, Fatima graduated as an honour student, won series of awards, was a member of the intercultural human rights law review and was invited to talk at conferences all over the United States. Presently, she works at the United States and plans to go back to school for a J.S.D (PH.D).
